4 Aug - Long trip to Dobovar Very hot busy camping
6 - moved to quiet site, bitten by mozzies
8 - Agard cheap and good meals, very hot
10 - on to Budapest, small crowded site but handy for transport into town. not impressed. site was dearer too £20 for 2 nights
12 - Moved north scenic route, good farming land. very hot. on to Eden camping no shade 100'F in van
13 - left 9 am crossed border at Kamaron-Romanov Slovakia, long hot drive, couldn't find any camping, was a free one in field Vynnie no facilities
14 - long drive to Poland. a little cooler. small site. PCIM near Krakow
15 - took bus to Krakow, a lot of drunks. camping 2 nights £8. found out later someone tried to break in.
16 - long drive to Czech Baska by lake.
stayed on camping 2 nights £4.50 meal £5 for 2
18 - left 10 am hot drive to Prumlov. not a good site. sloping near a lake
19 - left 10 am slight rain but still too hot. camping Zdar £4 sports summer camp for boys

23 - still hot, headed for border on to Schonsee
24 - Raining to Neuenberg nice town good parking
25 - fine again. took autobahn part Nuremberg. no good places to stop Azul camping £10.50
26 - to Kempten and Peter and Lisbeth
28 - Took train to Munich. beautiful city
31 - Freudenstadt
