5 - South to Marignante camp by sea, mozzies, though pleasant site near airport, booked in for a week.
took bus to Marseille v.g. came back on school bus, students practised their English on us

12 - around bay, some Roman bridges and ruins. Port St Louis free.
stayed another night, charge for services

14 - followed river Rhine Arles on to Saintes Maries de la Mer aire for a few days £3.50 per night, was a parade and plenty going on as usual - town always a pleasant stay

19 - Moved west, saw hundreds of flamingos, some in flight, marvelous sight. to Carbonne Harbour. free aire. walking to distance to little town.

21 - to Gruissan Plage. free in winter, charge in summer. English couple came and told us about the small, friendly camping a Bizanet they were on run by 2 Dutch men Jack & John. We moved there.
had a great week, met lovely people. Chip night Saturday, Plat de Jour Mondays, eat all together Ging and Pete Vi and Bill Joyce and Phil wine cellar was near, 35 FF for 5 litres. had some great get-togethers
